I have a problem in my GP10.0, specially in Item Stock, there is no problem in posting the item transactions but if I'm going to inquire it in the Item Stock Inquiry, I noticed that there are some products that have no display or history details. I cannot figure it out, why some items have the details but some have none. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.

I know SQL, I have knowledge on it but to make it sure may I know what is the right code or do you have a sample code, input the missing history?
The problem is, one of the item is not showing history of transactions, so if we can modify or re input the transaction using SQL, kindly please help me in doing this. Thank you.

i don't believe its possible to do it through the Dynamics GP it self but it can be done using the SQL by inserting the data into the tables.
I don't recommend this if you don't know the SQL and its tables relation.

if you already had checked those boxes and there wasn't any history transactions for the items.
can you test if you made an inventory transaction adjusting entry on one of those itmes , would it appear or not!
Also i suggest you first take a backup and then run the Reconcile on this item and check if it changed anything.
if that didn't fix it try doing check links on the inventory module and see what comes out of it.
and don't forget to take backup before doing both actions.

The issue can be corrected but it is depending on the number of items that do no have history and the number of transactions per item plus whether you are ready to correct or not.

The item maintain history check boxes same to the item class is already set it up before posting the transaction. FYI, there is no problem to other items just there are some items that showing no details in the inquiry. At any rate, how can I update it or reprocess it, since the transaction is already posted? As Mr. Imad said you can go check the item's maintain history check boxes, you can find it in:
Inventory >> Cards >> Item >> Options
if its not checked then you must check it to maintain the future movement of this item.
FYI it wont bring back the back history of this items.
Also you should create an Item class and check those boxes in order not to forget checking them while creating an item

You have to check the item option button and check if the maintain history boxes are enabled. This is the only place to keep the history that will enable you to see the Item Stock.
Enabling them will not the previous info.
