Biju,
There was no screenshot. You have to use rich formatting and then insert the file to get a screenshot included in your post.

Hi Bill
Thanks.. I checked the regional settings of the local computer , seems its fine.. also fiscal periods, all fiscal periods are open, please note, this issue not happening all time.. sometime only.. The person who is posting the transactions, have full access in purchase and inventory posting..I am attaching a screenshot generated from the GP SQL server for a particular document..

Biju, one question or thing to watch here is 'who' is posting. Watch to see if the error happens when a specific user or machine posts. If it is user look at user security to see if there are differences.
If it is machine - look at the configuration of the dates in Regional Setting.
Just doing a bit of brainstorming to see if anything helps.
Question for you related to dates? IS there a chance the dates the user is entering cross into or out of 'closed' fiscal periods?
If so, is it possible that the system is trying to update the tables for the correct fiscal periods?
Let us know.
Does your environment have frequent power surge?.
Is not work connectivity strong and constant?.
You can check you client computer specifications whether they comply with GP Microsoft requirements.

Hi Justin.. Thanks.. I am working on it to identify the cause.. seems this issue is not happening at all the time.. some times only.. today I tried to post some batches..its posted fine without any issue.. Btb, no add-on / customization installed in the client.
Hi,
I'd recommend seeing what addon's/customizations you have installed, and identify if they are causing the issue.
Also, have you identified any pattern as to when this happens (certain items, workstations, users, companies, etc...).
Thanks,
Justin
Hendy, can you try running checklinks to see whether it solves the issue?
Hi, I am also facing the same problem with one of my customer .. after posting purchase receipt, items are duplicating the inventory in IV30300 / IV30301 / IV10200. tables.. did you solve the above issue ? please share...
