Business Central Online Power Automate Connectors Not Appearing?

Hello,

For some reason I am unable to find any triggers or actions for Business Central Online.

My existing power automate flows that use these triggers are still working ok, I just cannot create new ones or find any actions etc.

See below an example, no Business Central triggers are available (I've scrolled the whole list!).

Regards,
Tim

    Thanks Sohail,

I managed to resolve the issue. I think your point 5) Clearing Browser Cache may have been the solution!

    Regards,
    Tim

This issue usually occurs when the Business Central connector isn’t properly registered or there's a region/environment mismatch in Power Automate.

    Here are steps to resolve:

    1. Check Environment: Make sure you're connected to the correct Dataverse environment where your Business Central instance is located.

    2. Add Connection Manually:

Go to Data > Connections in Power Automate.

Search for Business Central and create a new connection using your Microsoft credentials.

    3. Region Issue: Business Central connectors may not appear if your Power Platform region doesn't match your Business Central region. This can especially happen in sandbox or non-default environments.

    4. Tenant Settings: If you're using a company tenant, admin settings or policies might block connector visibility. Contact your M365/Power Platform admin.

    5. Browser Cache: Try clearing browser cache or use incognito/private window to rule out a UI glitch.

If the issue persists, contact Microsoft support to verify connector availability for your tenant.
