Currency field Error

Hi ,

I have created some currency field with 2 decimal places.But not sure why it is showing as "24.00000000" if i enter 24 in the field and also it wont allow me to save.showing error as "A currency is required if a value exists in a money.select currency and try again" .

    Hello Bala_P;

    For when your entering the 24 in this money field; have you selected a currency on that entity yet? One of the things I see often is that the currency field won't be on the form of a custom entity which will then cause this error if your using a money field. Another thing that happens is that some users will have a default currency set which will then prepopulate the currency field regardless making the error go away.

    Please provide a bit more context if this doesn't help. Thanks!
