Customer Email address not showing up on the customer list

I do see the email address on the contact list.

However, I do NOT see the email address on the customer list.

And there is no option available to add email address in the list when I go to personalization + field.

Any help is appreciated

Will be a customisation. Try doing it in a sandbox with “Design” instead of “personalise” you can then download the files making the customisation.

If you have a few of these it’s worth checking out: appsource.microsoft.com/.../pubid.hougaard-4699382|aid.designer|pappid.4c032704-5c36-4480-b710-29e8565568bc

Thanks Josh for the response and the suggestion..

I did go to the sandbox and added the field "Email account" and I see it in the sandbox environment.

However, when I go to the production environment, the Email column does not show up.

    Any idea? Thanks again, Dan

It needs loading in as an extension. Watch the gif on here: docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-inclient-designer

Note the saving of the design. It creates an extension. Downloading that means a production ready one can be created

Not sure what I am missing. Here is what I tried and still unsuccessful...

In the sandbox I did remove the email on the customer list and re-added. I could see it in the sandbox, its there. I also gave a name to the extension as "Email".

When I go to the production environment, I still do not see the Email populated.

May be there is something which is not triggering the extension in the production environment.

    Still digging..

    Thanks Josh

Extensions have to be imported to production. I’d speak with you Microsoft partner to resolve. Get them to download the extension from sandbox and create a production ready one for you

    Thanks Josh,

    Much appreciated,

I will have the MP to import it to the production environment.
