Approval notification in workflow

Hello,

I have set up an approval flow for purchase orders and I want that when there are no pending approvals, the system sends a notification similar to when it is rejected or delegated. The flow can be seen in the image:

The problem is that I have added the response so that said notification is sent but the system only performs the actions that were by default (Remove record restriction and launch the document):

Can you help me configure the notification that I want to add?.

    try moving the notification response before the Lance el documento

    Thanks for your help. In this case it sends a notification but the problem is that it does not clearly inform that the document has been approved, since the message that appears is the following: "Approval movement CPED-22-10159 has been created". The same thing happens if I put it as the first option (before Remove record restriction). I think the problem is that there is no response to choose from that is similar to reject, which ties the action to the notification: "Reject the registration approval request and create a notification".

    Let's see if anyone has ever had the same problem.

    Anyway, I tried the whole round by entering the answer as the last position

    I would say that it works.

    in the Approval user setup, did you enter the correct e-mails?

    The emails are well configured, in fact other types of notifications are sent from the same workflow. Sending notifications works as follows:

    1. The action is performed in the workflow

    2. Notification is scheduled in the job queue

    3. Email is sent after one minute

    In the event that a user requests approval and before the minute elapses, the approving user approves the request, then a notification is sent to the approver saying that it has been approved instead of waiting for approval. I'm telling you because I don't know if perhaps the photo you send is reflecting that curious case. Could you confirm that the user receiving the notification is the applicant and not the approver?

    Thank you very much for the confirmation! Well, it's very strange, because the notification doesn't even appear in the job queue when the document is approved. When the request is sent, reject, or delegate it does appear as you can see in the image:

    Maybe it could be a bug in my version. My version details are as follows: Version: ES Business Central 16.1 (Platform 16.0.12630.12758 + Application 16.1.12805.0)

    What is your version?
