VAT Setup for Sales tax

Hi all!

I'm trying to configure sales tax in BC. I already set Tax posting setup, VAT Bus.Posting group, VAT Prod. Posting group, Tax group, jurisdictions and Tax details. Tried to create a sales order, and the taxes were calculated as expected. But, when preview posting the sales order, I get the following message:

This is the Tax Posting Setup:

In addition, I can't modify the first line, because I get an error:

If anyone could help me, would really appreciate it.

Thank you in advanced!

    Hello Valeria,

start answer from last to first.

2nd Query for Tax posting Set up Modify >>

    >> Tax posting set up you cannot if Even single Entry exists in VAT Entries for selected line VAT business Posting Group & VAT product posting Group.

    >> As you can see in your case you can check VAT entries with filter VAT business posting group = ' ' & VAT product posting group = ' ' you will find existing entries.

1st Query of Sales Order Preview Posting >>

    >> You just mentioned Error only, provide more details so i can check which detail is wrong.

Hi Daniele, thank you! I watched the video, and follow the instructions, but it didn't work. I mean, I assigned tax groups to customer and items, but no taxes were calculated.

    So, I'm still trying. Thanks!
