Subscription Billing Availability in Business Central

We are considering moving to BC and I did some searching about the Subscription Billing option and found this community video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTYxxSXmN8A

But what's not clear is whether this option/module is available in BC or if it's only in Finance. I have found some add-on modules but I'd rather save and use the built in module if it does the job. Thanks.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a function of FO, not BC.
