Hi,
I am trying to send notification to customers using notification tab.
Is it possible that using third party application like Postman to generate a message and notify customer in the notification tab? If not, can someone please suggest any possible workaround to achieve this?.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe this is for system based notifications like the one above. No indication has been provided on how partners/customers would add their own
