Deleted bank reconciliation statements

Hi,

We deleted some bank reconciliation statements by mistake and noticed transactions are still closed however we cannot find the bank reconciliation statement. How can we get these back or open these transactions and re do the bank reconciliation statement's please? Thank you!

You can't get the deleted bank recs. back.

However, your partner can get a developer to re-open the reconciled bank ledger entries. When a bank rec. is posted the following fields below are changed in the bank ledger entries, so a developer would have to clear/reset these for all entries that were on each posted deleted bank rec., and then you could add the entries on a new bank rec.:

Remaining Amount becomes zero

Open becomes no

Statement Status becomes Closed

Statement No. is populated with the posted bank rec. number

Statement Line No. is populated with the line number on the posted bank rec.

As Valentin mentioned, this cannot be retrieved.
Unless you restore the database, but I don't recommend it.
