Hi,

When installing Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 i encountered the following errors :

First when installing :

And second on NaV Administration :

So please can some one help me to fix this issue ?

Hi, generally, two things should be confirmed. First, whether the port used has been used in previous versions.
Second, whether the Service Account user has permission to access the database.

In addition, you can see more error information in the Event Viewer.

Hope this can give you some hints.
