Under Queues, why is it that there isn't a auto refresh feature?

I can't imagine why there isn't a huge number of requests by every user on the planet to get an "auto refresh" feature implemented.

This is probably the most annoying thing to have to constantly click the refresh icon. :(

Why not decrease the "Minimum TIme between synchronisations" in CRM to lets say 1min?

You can do that in Settings - Administration - System Settings - Outlook tab

Wouldn't that help?

How do I get into "System Settings"? I only see Announcements, Security Roles, Business Units, Teams and Users.

The minimum setting for synchronization is 15 minutes.

Are you saying that while in the folder "queues" under "My Work", that any folder and all it's subfolders are auto refreshed at the minimum of 15 minutes?

We were told that you only option is to click the icon "refresh list"...

Are you sure CRMInnovation? I can adjust it to 1 minute. If I try zero is says "You must enter a number between 1 and 1.440.

Frank, if you don't see system settings in administration, you probably are limited by security permissions. What security role do you have?

Did you ever figure this out? Can you set the auto refresh to a lower number? and does it actually auto refresh in the queue? My users are also complaining about having to manually refresh all the time.
