Setting Priority to an email address within a contact

I am new to Dynamics CRM and cannot find where to do this or if it is possible.  We have some contacts that have multiple email addresses in their profile and we would like to be able to be able to accept messages from either address into CRM but when we send out an email blast it uses the primary address only.

    Hi LDW,

Let us take the example of out of box contact entity. Contact entity has three email fields - emailaddress1,emailaddress2,emailaddress3  in it by default. Only the primaryEmail emailaddress1  is on the contact form. If you want to, you can add the other two fields into the form - that will fulfill the need for records with more than one emails.

Emails going out to accounts or contacts will by default use the primaryEmail record. This meets the second requirement as well.

    Hi LDW-AR,

By default, CRM for any entity, either system or custom will send email blast to an email address that becoming the primary, and for contact, it has the primary email address, same as what Alen mentioned.

    Here..

And from here you can know that the name of the field is emailaddress1, like what Alen mentioned also

You can have multiple email addresses, system already given 3 email address, 1 primary and 2 optional for each Addresses (address 1 and address 2) and also for each customer address record, you can also add email, an you can also create new field to store the email. But, CRM will only send to that respective emailaddress1, mentioned before.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.
