Is there something within CRM that resembles a weekly sales call report?

I am looking for a way to produce weekly sales call reports with CRM.  Are there any templates developed or a technique to do that?

    This would be fairly easy to do with the Advanced Find tool.  

    Just set your necessary Date filter and Activity Type = Phone Call and select the columns of data you would like to see.

    This is a pretty straightforward way to extract the data if summary information is not needed.
