We used to have the ability to download the Official Training Manuals in pdf format from Customer Source. I am no longer able to find these pdf files on the Site. Would anyone know at what link to find them?

Please note that if you have latest version IE you wont be able to download and it may say your plan not have access so download the material using lower version of IE.

I have to agree with Leslie, we have not seen the Training Manuals in the system for some years. We were at one time a Training Centre and had all of them (many many years ago) we have not really needed them for some time.
You might reach out to the community asking for a Trainer or Training Centre staff to comment.

Thank you for your response. Meanwhile, I am not finding much Training Documentation under the Sure Step Section of the Site, at least not the number of Manuals I used to find.

Hi Joseph,
The training manuals are not available for everyone. It depends on your 'service plan' level. I do not sell the software, so I don't know what the right 'level' might be. Try the link below and see if you are allowed to download any of the files. Also, be aware that Microsoft has not updated training manuals for certain modules since version 9.
