Hi,
Is there any help section that we can include the links in CRM 2013 on premise similar like Dynamics 365. In 365 I can add the links and once the users click on help section(?) it navigates to that link. I am looking for similar feature in CRM 2013. In case any one come across can you please suggest.

That was introduced after CRM 2013, so it is not possible.
We implemented this in CRM 2013 (a while back) by adding buttons to the command bar where it was necessary. Clicking on the link would navigate to a particular html page on a SharePoint server which contained the help information.
This was a while back, but it worked at the time. Much easier today in the Dynamics 365.
