This is unsupported customization. You can't customize the social pane form.

I have to say there is no supported way, the supported customization for this note control is to set the default tab between post, activities, and Notes

Hi..

I don't think so you can customize this form. This form is like composite control form. and you don't have any control on it.

There is no supported way to customize forms that appear in social pane.Also i never seen anyone successfully customized this forms even using unsupported way.
