We are on GP 10 and have genuine RM open transactions that are not appearing in the RM HATB for one customer. When I print the Aged TB with Options the respective transactions do appear. I've run checklinks, reconcile, customer aging however the problem still persists.
This is the first time I've seen something like this ever and don't understand why the report is not pulling the transactions. The open transactions also do exist in the RM20101.
Any ideas why this is happening GP people please?

Thanks for answering. The RM document dates are definitely within the date parameters of the RM HATB.
Actually, another MVP witnessed this error in the RM HATB with me as we were working on a SQL script together to replicated the Trial Balance. The GP report is definitely incorrect for not picking up these transactions. Ever seen anything like it?
I will log this case with Microsoft support directly. Maybe they will be the wiser.
Hi - check that the RM Document dates are within the 'Print/Age as of' date that is entered on the report set up window.
Also, note that depending on the options you choose for 'Select Tranactions For Report Using'...the report will use eithre the Document Date or the GL posting date to determine if a transaction should be included.
Make sure that the RM document dates are within the paramaters of the report - eithre doc date or posting date.
