Going to make.powerapps.com after setting up a new account.

When I try to navigate to make.powerapps.com I get a splash screen that asks me to choose my country or region. After selecting any country, the Get started button is not enabled. I have tried switching browsers (edge and chrome) and incognito windows as standard windows.
