Last Activity Date - Can't filter by Activity Types

I have a rollup field for Last Activity Date, but I need to filter this to only calculate activities of type=phone call. The "Add Condition" filter doesn't make this field available for me...Is there a way to do this using a rollup, or do I need to use a Flow to get the last activity date using only phone calls as the type?

Hi, MS is moving away from workflows so I'm hesitant to use that. Given that it sounds like we can't use an activity type filter on the rollup and shouldn't use workflows, we should probably use Flow to do this, right?

HI,

You can use below Rollup field configuration to achieve your requirement.

I have used max of Actual End date. You change this to use Last Updated field as per your requirement.

Is there a way to add multiple activity types or can you only use one, i.e., phone calls, or can we do phone calls and appointments?
