Hi all,
I'm struggling with a new custom challenge, maybe you could point me out into the right direction.
I am trying to send an email to the customer when his email is transformed to a case. and wanted to include in this email all the personnes that were CC, the main text and the subject of his first email
I did not find an out of the box feature to do it so I think with some custom activity w can get it working
Any help plz
