System wide default order type.

Hi all

is there a setting somewhere to set the default order type for new products to "“production”. Ours defaults to “purchase” and we want it to default to “production”

The field is called "Production Type "on the released product form.

Not in our F&O (latest release)

It's in Default Order Settings

Have you checked properly on the released product ??

If production type = none it will default default order type to purchase order on the default order settings

If production type = bom or formula it will default to production on default order settings
