Record URL(Dynamic) - how to make the hyperlink 'click here' instead of URL

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on premise.

I have a pretty basic question, I did some searching and just can't find the answer.

I would usually just continue testing it out but when I send the email, roughly 25 users get the notifications so I don't want to spam the users.

I want to say, 'To see the newly created case click HERE (HERE being the hyperlink, instead of a long URL)

Record URL(Dynamic) is the dynamic command I am using, thanks much.

    Hi Adam,

    you can use the html tags,

    so all you have to do is add these lines to the email body:

    <hyperlink>

      <name>Click Here</name>

      <value>Record URL(Dynamic)</value>

    </hyperlink>

    please mark solved if the answer satisfies you.

    Thanks,

    Tal

    Hi Adam,

    insert hyperlink to email :

    8875.1.PNG

    then email body will insert below tag :

    <hyperlink><name>Click Here</name><value>{Click HereProduct-{Record URL(Dynamic)}}</value></hyperlink>

    Hope this helps,

    Abed.

    Manual method of putting HTML tags will work but its recommended to use the method suggested by Abed Haniyah
