HQ Client Error <<CStateMachine:ExecuteState>> Error 11: Division by Zero

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi all,

I have a new installation on Windows 10 (where I haven't had too many problems before) where I keep getting this error over and over again until I quit the HQ Client. It happens just after disconnect, so, to the best of my knowledge, the worksheets are completing (though the connection schedule seems to not have transferred). The issue also pops up when I try to change the database.

I've scoured the web and I can't find anyone else with this same error and I'm at a loss on how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
