Hi,

When i am opening the CRM by default below message coming :

When i am click on here crm open in to popup window. Rest organisation open normal window. but this one open always into popup window.Any setting changed?

Please suggest

Hi Abhishek,

I think you might be able to change the Internet Explorer security settings so that you don't get the prompt - you could try adding the server url to the Local Intranet zone.

Are you facing same issue with other desktop/laptop. If not Reset your IE setting.

Plz check whether the problem occurs in other browsers as well.(Google, Mozilla..etc).

We have one crm server which have 3 organisation rest 2 are opens right way but this one open into popup.This organisation is converted from crm 4.0 to crm 11 then crm 2013. Same problem with CRM 2011.

Hi Abhishek,

Currently, CRM is opening in Application mode and that's the reason user's get a pop up for same. To resolve this issue, you will need to uncheck the option "Open Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Application mode" by navigating to Settings > Administration > System Settings > Customizations.
