Out of the Box, Payment integration with Portals isn't possible, In order to add payment Gateway capabilities Connect 365 can be used. For more details refer :

Hi,

I have integrated a payment gateway with CRM portals, not using any OOTB (as there aren't any) method but custom integration.

Hi,

You can integrate Javascript payment in Dynaimcs crm Portal. You can check stripe

Since you don't have control over the custom code so its better to develop REST API for payment gateway then consume API from pages using JQuery etc..
