Hello all. We are moving to new item numbers in BC, and we are setting up cross reference for these items in the Item Reference table so we don't have issues scanning the older product. We have the new item on the line, and set the Reference Type to Bar Code, and enter the old item as the Reference No. When we try to enter in the old item number into the Reference No. we get the following error: Bar Code Length must be 8, 12, or 13.
We have InsightWorks Advanced WMS, Dynamic Ship, and License Plate Managment installed, and will be reaching out to them as well. We are currently in Nav 2018, moving to BC, and it works as expected in Nav.
