Hi, unfortunately i think that the unique solution it's to delete all the records from SQL.

    Bye

I am not sure How it get deleting in IN version, but as I am checking in other country's version its not allowing me to delete the entry without the Allow to delete setup in Sales & Receivables setup page.

Also yo can not get the deleted entry back once its deleted or may be you can check on Data Archives Tables.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

It is not a good idea to delete all the records directly from SQL server as you will destroy data integrity and audit will fail. To prevent thiss  accident from happening you can set the following property via customization:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-deleteallowed-property

    More information here:

    www.dynamicsuser.net/.../45542

    Hope it helps.

The only ways you can have the posted sales invoice back into the database is either by restoring a backup or you need to insert the data in the database either through code or through a configuration pack.

By design you are allowed to deleted posted documents from Business Central but you can not delete ledger entries.

And if it is Cronus, i assume it is just demo data, then you can create a new demo company.

    Dear Inge M. Bruvik,

Thanks for the details. As I am a beginner to Business Central, I am not sure about the steps.

Can you guide on restoring data using the Configuration Package?

Well if you are completely new to Business Central i think you should seek some assistance from your partner in this case.

Do you have a printed version of the invoice that is deleted?

As mentioned by several experts above, this invoice has been deleted from the database. If you do not enable monitoring functions such as Change Log, you can only retrieve it by restoring it from backup.

It looks like you are using SaaS.

You can try to restore your Environment in the Admin Center.

    Thanks.
