No, you only need to click Start, then operate under the current user, and then return to this page and click Stop.
Here's an example of BC.
Also note that other permissions may be recorded using this method and will need to be filtered again at the end.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi Nitin,
Thanks for your reply. I'm using Navision 2018, any idea what is the permission sets?
Thank you!
Hi Zhu,
May I ask when I'm doing the recording, does that means I need to go to user's desk, ask them to login using their user id and then start the recording?
Thank you!
Hi, just adding to others' reply, if you want to give users minimal permissions, I recommend creating a new permission set.
Then use Record Permissions feature to collect the permissions.
Hope this helps as well.
Thanks.

Hi joshtechsolutions ,
Please see the below image, you can try D365 Banking role, check the permission it has Table 17.
SUPER ones and most of accounting.
Normally with ones table 0 -> all or 17 -> this one, could.
In SQL should be something like that
SELECT [Role ID]
FROM [your database].[dbo].[Permission]
where [Object Type]='1' and ([Object ID]='0' or [Object ID]='17')
