Inventory Shipment and Inventory Receipt Print button not working

After posting the Inventory shipment. If I go to Posted Inventory shipment and choose Print nothing happens. Same thing happens when i use the Post and Print button when posting inventor shipment.

Has any one faced this issue or am i missing something.

The Print button appears, but on clicking it the request page does not appear.

Hi RHP - If you don't have SUPER permissions, please check with someone who does, if they're able to print the reports, it means it's a permission issue with your user

When you say "nothing happens", can you be more specific "You cannot click the button" or "You can click the button, request page apears but nothing is previewed"?
