Can anyone let me know why this is happening, i am not able to select the primary entity while trying to register an step using PRT.

Make sure the Entity is Published, and that you connected to the CRM Org after the entity was published.

Have you searched the name by schema name of the entity including the prefix (for example, new_customentityname)?

If it is not the case, try closing the plugin registration tool and load it once again after publishing the changes in CRM.

you are correct, actually i was trying with new_ but publisher was different so i used that publisher.
