Deleting a Row Link

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We have recently migrated from FRX to Management Reporter and I'm testing the reports.  When I generate a specific report it tells me that it cannot be generated due to the fact the report definition is linked to an excel file that it cannot find.  The link was a carry over from FRX, however the link isn't used anywhere in the row definitions.  When I try to delete the link in the "Row Links" window, I get an error that says "The Last Link Can't Be Deleted".  I've also tried to change the excel file to an active file without success.  Is there another way to delete the link?

a drive and location that does not exist. I believe the link was in FRx but it is not a valid path. I tried another path, but I don't think we actually used the linking row feature, So I would like to delete the link

What is the excel file path stated by the error ? To avoid this, consider a network path.

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,

Please disregard as I found my solution, but I can't figure out how to delete the post on here.
