Can't access admin panel after starting trial as the email I have is a personal email

I created a trial environment but can't access the Power Platform Admin Center.

I receiver the email confirming the trial environment was created and there are no admin credentials shared in it as suggested on other posts.

Has your personal account been associated with a Microsoft account?

According to the official documentation.

Hey!

My recommendation: go to Portal.azure.com, and login with that personal email. Then, open "Microsoft Entra" which used to be Azure Active Directory. Then create a new user and assign it the Global Administrator role and a Dynamics 365 license.

Then, login to the POwerPlatformAdmin Center or Admin.Microsoft.com with this new admin that you've just created.

Hi All,

The answer from Perez Aguiar is partially correct!

To create a trial with Power Platform Admin Center access, perform the following steps.

Create a Microsoft Entra Trial account - Over the process of creating a Trial an ADM account is also created and this account has access to the Admin Portal.

Purchase Dynamics 365 Trial - In the Microsoft Entral Admin Portal it is possible to purchase a Dynamics 365 CE Trial (We do not have to pay anything, but you have to add a payment card on file).

Once the Dynamics 365 Trial license is purchased, we can access the Dynamics 365 admin center, including the Power Platform.
