    Hello,

Use Security Filters on the user’s permission set:
Sales Header → Location Code = YourLocation
Sales Line → Location Code = YourLocation
Item Ledger Entry → Location Code = YourLocation
Item → Location Filter = YourLocation
    Done.

    Regards,
    Oussama Sabbouh

The best solution would be to use security filters.

You can achieve this in Business Central using Permissions + Security Filters (and optionally User Setup wrt responsiblity Centre) .

Add conditions for Location Filter in below Tables
Sales Header , Sales Line , Sales Shipment Header , Sales Shipment Line , Sales invoice Header , Sales invoice line , Sales Credit memo line , Item , Stock Keeping Units

    Warm Regards

    Hi,

Option A — Security Filters (fastest)

Apply the same Location filter on Sales Header (36):

    1. Create/modify the user’s permission set.

    2. Add table 36 Sales Header and page 9305 list with the needed permissions.

    3. Set a Security Filter on field Location Code = the user’s allowed location(s).(You already did this for 37 Sales Line—keep both.

    Important

If some orders have blank Location Code on the header, they will bypass a location filter.

    • Make sure Location Code is always filled on the header (not only on lines).

    • Backfill existing orders (Config. Package/rapid update), and add a small extension or process rule to auto-set header Location from the first line/Customer/User Setup to prevent blanks.

Option B — Responsibility Centers (built-in record filtering)

If you prefer a supported, end-to-end filter across pages/reports:

    1. Create a Responsibility Center per location and set its Location Code.

    2. In User Setup, assign the user’s Sales Resp. Center.

    3. In Sales & Receivables Setup, enable Filter by Responsibility Center.

    4. Ensure Responsibility Center is populated on Sales Orders (it will default from User Setup).

Either approach will remove other locations’ orders from the list; Option B is more “standardized” across the app, while Option A is quickest if you’re already using security filters.

I hope so it will fit you needs
