Hello Everyone,

My company's treasure just got an error today when trying to post a batch, he received posting interrupted use batch recovery. When I used the batch recovery it also failed. The more info indicated A get/change operation on table 'PM_Key_MSTR' could not find a record. He was able to print out the checks but was not able to post it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also I cannot edit the batch or transaction in this batch. I get a message to use the Batch Recovery window to continue processing this batch

Have you tried using the master posting option, if the batch is available there?

Sounds like the PM00400 Keys record is missing for one or more records.  You could try running check links on the Purchasing >> Payables Transaction Logical Files.

Make sure you backup first, even try restoring to a Test Company for testing, as this may remove the actual transactions and not rebuild the links.

Also, check in the Creditor Payables Enquiry whether the creditor cheques are showing in Work, Open or History status.

    Thanks for the headsup Mick!!!

I solved the issue by recreating the batch entry again with the exact same info "lucky" I always print the backup. Once I reentered the batch transaction we were able to process with no issues.

    Thanks for the help everyone!!!!!!
