Hi All,
We were trying to click on customise profiles and the +Field is missing from the inbox. We uninstalled all our extensions also for the demo environment this persists any reason why this is happening?

Hi, This is very strange, I tried it in my test environment and didn't find this problem.Are you using a user with super?

I faced this issue where one of the extensions pointed to an old extension version that was unpublished after a microsoft update. I tried fixing the same way but the problem persists. Is there a way to debug what might break this thing?

I am still not sure what was the issue but Today I could see the fields,without any changes,Any idea what could have been the reason also after clear personalization sometimes I could see the + field sometimes not
Sorry I can't offer more advice, I suggest you submit this issue to Microsoft.Also, hopefully other experts can give you better advice.
