Use Shopify Connector on private cloud

Hey,

we are using business central in a private cloud, at least what was told me.

If I want to add the connection to Shopify in BC, the API Key/client id for the connection is missing.

Does anyone know this issue? We have a custom domain to access business central as well.

Is this is maybe the problem?

Hello Kevin - Shopify is only for Saas environments. Here is the FAQ for Shopify connector with BC

If you are running on.-prem you might what to check out app source to check if any of the 3.party BC - Shopify integration supports BC on prem. The one from Microsoft is cloud only as Andy says.

Hi, Or you can refer to the standard code of Shopify Connector, customize some basic features.

As mentioned by several experts above, this feature is available only for Business Central online, starting with version 20.1. It isn't available for on-premises deployments.

Thanks for the feedback. We will use a data integrator tool. Would just have been really nice, if this would work for on-premise as well since it saves a ton of time.
