Upload functionality on the Edit Basic form?

Hello,

How can i achieve upload functionality on the Edit Basic form? Basically i have a form where i am allowing users to upload files to SharePoint and its working fine. Same upload functionality i want users will have on the Edit form as well. As you can see in the first image i have add files button to upload into SharePoint. when we are requesting to users to upload additional info, they will edit the specific submitted application and upload additional info into SharePoint as well.
