Hello everybody,

I was wondering, how can I setup that when creating one sales order on a foreign legal entity that this sales order is also on my main legal entity and that any change I make to one also get applied to the other.

I was not able to find out how to set this up, so I would be thankful if anyone could give me advice on this.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same question (0)

We can setup Intercompany relations to pass through any sales orders in Legal Entity A to an other Legal entity B. If in Company A the customer sales order is marked as direct delivivery the Delivery address (from Customer in Company A) is passed to the Intercompany Order in Company B.

So it is configurable inside the Setup of Intercompany process between this legal Entities.

    Take a look here

    Hi Nikolaos,

i dont really have a busines requirement.

    I have the following problem:

My customer has a foreign legal entity, where he creates a sales order with the following delivery address

Same sales order also is created on his main legal entity. As soon as he changes the delivery terms in one sales order, the delivery address on the other sales order gets deleted:

This seems to be standard behaviour, which I wanted to test. But if anyone can confirm this is true, it would also be helpful.

    Hi NaVo,

could you share us any details about the business requirement?

If you have two sales orders, who's going to do the shipping? Who's going to send the invoice? Who's going to receive the payment? The customer doesn't owe the money two times so how should the customer balance be handled in these two companies?

Normally Intercompany means that one of your companies purchases from another company of yours. If company A purchases from B, then the purhcase order in company A is linked to a sales order in company B.
