Dimension Values Not Showing Up and Can't Delete Either

I have a very odd issue that i cannot seem to solve.  I have dimensions and dimension values setup, but when i go to enter a dimension in a general journal entry there are no dimension values available.  I have this on one company only the others are fine.  I have used a configuration package to import, but have deleted the entries.  It will not let me delete the dimension codes to reenter them.  Does anyone have any idea why they are not showing up when I go to enter a transaction or how i can delete them and reenter them?

    Hi,

    If this issue remains, I would suggest to create a support ticket for this.

    You can do this yourself if you are a CSP / Dynamics 365 Partner or ask your reseller to create a ticket on your behalf.

    It is not very often that I can answer my own reply, but with the help of one other person it gave me an idea.  What I did was go to the general ledger setup and removed the last dimension by deleting it.  Then I went to change global dimensions mixed them all up and hit start.  I think go out of that setup screen and went back in and put everything back in place and hit start.  I then added the third dimension back on and bang it works now.  So if you have this issue try "resetting" everything.  I hope this helps someone in the future because it was a pain to me!

    I have tried as Tanya mentioned. My experience is that parallel processing shouldn't be Start only Prepare then Reset, and if it is not help then you need to change one of Global dimensions then use Sequentiel processing and then change back to original setting and run Sequential processing again. I have played it with 3-4 times and older items has been updated as well. So, Tanya has the good answer! Thank you!
