"No object matched the query crm" error when deleting record

Hi all

This is the scenario: I'm the system admin of a CRM 13 On Premise instance and I'm trying to delete a record from a custom entity.

Problem: For researching proposes, I have to delete some records of the mentioned custom entity. Basically, I'm able to delete most of them, but for some reason I can't delete two, here's the error I get:

"The requested Record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it"

After seeing the logs, I notice that more specifically the error is:

"No object matched the query crm"

Here is the log:

    Hi,

    I'm just guessing, but it seems like the contents of the database aren't what CRM thinks it should be - like if you were changing CRM data directly in SQL and didn't get something just right. Is that a possibility?

    Hi Aiden, thanks for your reply.

    I dont think so, seems like this could be a query that is being executed in a plugin, still don't find a solution to this.

    Seems like the problem is because is trying to search for a Case that is related to that record(Based on the GUID) and doesn't exist(For unknown reasons), not sure why is doing that
