Trying to copy company in the Sandbox BC Cloud v 18.5 and getting:
I am a superuser. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated

about a year ago we had the same issue. Then we asked Microsoft for help (through our partner). They also could not find why. But the issued resolved in 2 weeks. We still do not know what was the cause.
Can you ask your partner to create a sandbox for the test?

Then i would raise a support ticket with Microsoft for it. I just tried myself with the permissions i should you. Running version 19 it works here.
Getting the same error. Am SUPER across all companies. Have had no problems in the past to do a company copy, as recently as a few days ago.
Could it be that your super user rights are limited to only the company you are copying from? Check in your permission setup that the company name is not filled in so you have the same permissions in all the companies in your tenant.
