Hi all,
do you know if Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 UR 4 is compatible with MSCRM for Outlook Client Rollup 5?
I am wondering if Rollup 5 on the client version is somehow related to Rollup 5 on the server version, or if that has nothing to do with each other.

the official support matrix is any update on same major version is supported as well as major version - 1 client version can be configured with major version of server but it is always good to be on latest update for both server and client.

Hi David,
Microsoft recommends to have both Server & Client on the same Update Rollup. These are released as separate packages, however you should keep both Client & Server on the same level. Most of the times there are compatible (different UR), however if you run into any issues cased by the build mismatch MS won't be able to release a fix for you.
