Hi All,

Relevance Search at our Sandbox instance is throwing message 'The Search Service is currently unavailable. Try again later or use categorized search' while searching.

it is working fine in production and stopped working suddenly at the sandbox.

Note: Enabling and disabling Relevance Search didn't work either.

Your inputs are highly appreciated.

    Please make sure its configured properly, you can refer to the link below

    community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-365-relevance-search-enable-and-set-up

    If you have configured it right, and even tried disabling and then enabling again, and if none has helped, it looks like a service outage.

    You could raise a ticket with Microsoft and also keep an eye on the latest forums here to see if other users are facing the similar issue.

    Hi Kukulan,

    Thanks for your response.

    we did configure it properly. After Disabling and enabling again didn't work either. Hence we raised a ticket with Microsoft. I will update the answer as soon as I get some resolution from Microsoft.
