Role Center - Display Error: "Required Permissions to install the selected app..."

After updating to BC26.1, the tile areas are no longer displayed in the various role centers and the following error message appears: “You do not have the required permissions to install the selected app. Contact your partner or system administrator to install the app or assign you permissions.”

We have performed several tests with SUPER rights and with different licenses (Premium and Team Member), but the result is always the same.
 
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be or how I can get to the bottom of it?
