CRM 2011 - The webpage cannot be found HTTP 404

Hi all!

I'm having an issue in a production environment with CRM 2011 UR6 + 2 organizations:
The default organization is accessible but the second one returns The webpage cannot be found HTTP 404 error.

I tried every single thing i could think of:

- IIS/Servers/SQL reset
- Dynamics CRM Repair
- Dynamics CRM Uninstall & Reinstall (!)
- Deleted & re-imported the organization
- Trace / EventLog / Fiddler - Return nothing
- Tried accessing with Hostname / IP / FQDN - nothing helped

Ideas anyone?

    Hi Kamakshi

    We are not using ADFS.

    Unfortunately upgrading to UR12 and then to 18 is not an option, there are too many customizations and possible code issues for us to consider an upgrade ATM.

    Hello Michael,

    Are you using ADFS?

    Try to upgrade the org to latest update UR-18 :- www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx.

    But before upgrading to UR-18 you need to upgrade to UR-12 :- www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx it was the major release by Microsoft.

    Saroj Das - Tried that already and tried different browsers - still 404

    Mithilesh Kumar - Org is not disabled, also as i mentioned i tried deleting and re-importing it - This also did not help...

    Can you check if the Organization is enabled, you can check this through Deployment Manager.
