Hello. Are there any CRM 4.0 APIs which allow one to access every case record in the system, in order find the total number of notes added in each case record and finally calculating the total number of notes added in the whole system for the case entity?

    Hi Synthesis,

I think you should this 2 step process. Before start add a custom integer field to case entity (ex : new_notecount)

1- create a console app, retrieve all notes which related with case entity by Sql query and update all case records's "new_notecount" field by SDK

2- write plugin (create / delete) for annotation (note) entity and check if it's related ("objectid" field) with case entity update case's new_notecount value + or -
