From the Account entity customization form, select the N:1 relationships, create a new relationship and select the Business Unit as the primary entity.

i am trying to do 1:N relationtip from accounts form. but it dose not give me the option to select BU as the Related entity? can you guide me a bit more?
Hi,
You can't use the OwningBusinessunit attribute, but in MS CRM 4.0 you can create a new 1:N relationship between the Account and the Business Unit entities, so that one Business Unit can be related to many Accounts. This relation will add a new Lookup field in the Account entity, which you can add to the Account form.
Hope this helps,
