workflow update queue item

Hi,

I am creating a workflow that will update a custom field in the queue item. The strange thing is that the process is not updating the queue item with the field as expected but without errors in workflow.

exemple of workflow:

Entity (queue item)

if  object(tasks): priority equals normal  then

update:  item queue [Customfield = value]

Also tried to update a default field (work on) in the queue item but the behavior is the same.

Someone had the same problem?

    Have found the problem. The check condition has no operator "or" and everything that arises in the condition is assumed to be "and"

    The solution is to subdivide the check condition

    exemple:

    if  object(tasks): priority equals normal  and object(emails): priority equals normal
