GP Security changes - where to set for access for lookup and reports in sales

I have some staff that we are making changes to security and there are a couple of things I can't find in order to make the changes.  Receivables Transaction Inquiry Lookup.  They have access to inquiry but can only use it if they know the account ID, the lookup button is not working, says they done have access to it,  I can not find a setting to change for the lookup feature.

I am also trying to give someone access to sales reports, I have marked all reports listed under sales, and nothing shows under reports (sales not listed in drop down).  These are AP (purchasing) staff who will only have access to reports/inquiry windows in sales.  They are not allowed access to make entries or modifications.

Any suggestions on the key to getting them access?  We are using Dynamics GP 2013R2.

    Jamie,

Just following up on your question. Has your issue been resolved?

The lookup window you are looking for is named 'Items'. Out of the box, this window is included in the DEFAULT USER task.

When gp10 came out I had the same issue.  I built a sql view where I put in the window display name and it would return the role, tasks, and users (if any) which had access to the window.  It was pretty good and worked for me but it required lots of steps and was difficult to replicate.  Dave Musgrave made it easy for you.  Dave Musgrave has a very good article on how to make a view to find security based on the window display name.  He is very detailed and has a great blog.  I have included the link.  Also Victoria Yuldin has similar information.  You can just search on her name to get to her site.  If you are not a technical person your VAR should be able to assist you.
